Australian Leadership Academy coaches are accredited by peak body entities that include the globally recognised International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Group coaching is intended as an on-going dialog, that supports change over time. Due to the scalable nature of the process, group coaching is a powerful way for organisations to support and deepen learning across other development activities.

Team coaching sessions are 90 minutes in duration and conducted either face-to-face or online.

Team coaching sessions can be purchased individually or as a package.
