Homes Victoria - Housing Policy Leadership Team

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Homes Victoria engaged the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to deliver a leadership program to the Housing Policy Senior Leaders.

ALA’s unique approach included the ‘agenda setting process’ where the team presented their most significant adaptive challenges and core focus for the work. This ensured that the collective approach stayed focused on the needs of the leaders and the wider organisation.
