Gateways Support Services is a not-for-profit community organisation making a positive difference in the lives of children and adults with a disability or additional needs and their families for more than 20 years.

Services are provided throughout the Geelong region, Wyndham, western Melbourne, Warrnambool and South West Victoria with offices in Geelong, Werribee, Footscray and Warrnambool.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Homes Victoria engaged the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to deliver a leadership program to the Housing Policy Senior Leaders.

ALA’s unique approach included the ‘agenda setting process’ where the team presented their most significant adaptive challenges and core focus for the work. This ensured that the collective approach stayed focused on the needs of the leaders and the wider organisation.
