coordinator leadership program
Enabling COORDINATORS TO STRENGTHEN THEIR LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY
TO LEAD WITH CONFIDENCE, ALIGNMENT, AND PRACTICAL IMPACT
Program overview
The Coordinator Leadership Program is designed to strengthen the leadership capability of coordinators as they transition from operational delivery into broader people leadership responsibilities. Delivered by the Australian Leadership Academy, the program builds the mindset, confidence, and practical leadership capability required to effectively lead teams, performance, and workplace relationships in dynamic organisational environments.
Grounded in contemporary leadership practice and highly practical application, the program supports participants to better understand themselves as leaders while developing the interpersonal and communication skills required to influence others effectively. Participants explore how leadership differs from management, strengthen self-awareness, and develop greater confidence in navigating the day-to-day challenges of leading people and teams.
BUILDING CONFIDENT COORDINATORS WHO LEAD PEOPLE, PERFORMANCE, AND CULTURE
The program focuses on building high-impact leadership behaviours that strengthen trust, accountability, collaboration, and team culture. Through facilitated learning, reflection, coaching conversations, and practical application, participants develop the capability to lead courageous conversations, support team performance, and build stronger working relationships across the organisation.
