leadership blueprint program
A tailored experience to develop and strengthen leadership capability
within your organisation
Program overview
The Leadership Blueprint Program enables organisations to design a leadership development experience aligned to their strategic priorities, workforce needs, and organisational environment. Developed in collaboration with the client, the program moves beyond generic leadership training to create a practical and highly contextualised learning journey that supports meaningful leadership growth and workplace impact.
A key feature of the program is its flexible, tailored design, allowing learning experiences to be shaped around the specific needs of different leadership cohorts and organisational objectives. This ensures participants engage in development that is relevant, applied, and directly connected to their day-to-day leadership context.
A LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
TAILORED TO YOUR UNIQUE CONTEXT,
PRIORITIES AND CHALLENGES
The program strengthens communication, culture, and workplace relationships, supporting leaders to communicate effectively, build alignment, foster trust, and contribute to a positive and high-performing organisational culture. The emphasis is on practical capability development that translates into improved team effectiveness and organisational outcomes.
To deepen leadership insight and support sustainable behavioural development, organisations may also incorporate a tailored Leadership 360° Assessment aligned to their leadership capability framework. Group reporting can be used to identify collective leadership patterns and development opportunities across cohorts. Confidential executive coaching can also be integrated into the learning journey, providing participants with dedicated support for reflection, application, goal setting, and ongoing leadership growth.
PROGRAM delivery
The Leadership Blueprint Program is delivered using the Australian Leadership Academy’s blended and experiential learning approach, combining self-paced prework, high-impact facilitated workshops, applied workplace application, and reflective learning.
Designed in partnership with the organisation, the program aligns with organisational priorities, operational context, and leadership capability needs. Modules can be sequenced and combined to create a tailored learning journey that progressively builds leadership capability while supporting real-time workplace application.
This structured approach ensures participants arrive prepared, maximise in-session learning, and actively apply leadership capability within their own organisational environment, reinforcing practical application, behavioural growth, and sustained leadership impact throughout the learning journey.

MODULEs OUTLINE
The Leadership Blueprint Program offers a flexible suite of modules that can be combined to create a tailored leadership experience aligned to your organisation’s priorities. Each module is designed to build practical capability in a specific area of leadership, while contributing to a cohesive and integrated development journey. Grounded in the Australian Leadership Academy’s highly interactive and experiential approach, these modules focus on real-world application, enabling leaders to strengthen their effectiveness, influence and impact in the workplace.
The Leading Self module builds the foundation for effective leadership by strengthening self-awareness, personal responsibility and insight. Participants explore their leadership style, behaviours and impact on others, while developing the confidence to seek and apply feedback. Through reflection and practical application, leaders identify their strengths and growth opportunities, enabling them to lead with greater intention, clarity and consistency.
LEADING SELF
The Leader as Coach module enables leaders to shift from directing to empowering others through the power of coaching. Participants develop practical coaching skills, including structured conversations, asking purposeful questions and listening with intent. By building the capability to develop perspective and foster ownership, leaders are better equipped to support growth, performance and accountability within their teams.
LEADER AS COACH
LEADING WITH HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONVERSATIONS
The Leading with High-Performance Conversations module equips leaders to navigate courageous and often challenging conversations with confidence. Participants are introduced to practical frameworks enabling them to deliver clear, constructive and outcome-focused feedback. The module supports leaders to approach conversations with clarity, intent and professionalism.
LEADING WITH ORGANISATIONAL VALUES
The Leading with Organisational Values module explores the role of values in shaping culture and driving behaviour. Participants examine organisational artefacts, values and underlying assumptions, gaining a deeper understanding of how culture is created and sustained. Leaders are supported to align their behaviours with organisational values, strengthening consistency and cultural alignment.
LEADING WITH SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP
The Leading with Situational Leadership module equips leaders to flex their approach to meet the needs of their people and teams. Participants learn to diagnose team development, adapt their leadership style, and drive performance and growth. Through experiential application and reflective practice, leaders build the skills, confidence, and insight to lead with agility, empower others, and embed adaptive leadership behaviours that foster high-performing, resilient teams.
The Leading with Healthy Conflict module focuses on transforming conflict into a productive and valuable part of team performance. Participants are introduced to the Thomas-Kilmann model, gaining insight into different conflict styles and how to apply them effectively. The module provides practical language and strategies to support open, respectful and outcome-focused conversations.

Supported by tools such as agenda setting, team vision and culture mapping, leaders are equipped to strengthen team alignment and drive performance outcomes.
LEADING HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS
The Leading with Adaptive Leadership module equips leaders to navigate complexity and uncertainty with confidence.
