Gateways Support Services - Executive Leadership Team and Senior Management Team
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Gateways College engaged the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to design and deliver a bespoke leadership program for its Executive Leadership Team and Senior Management Team, focused on strengthening collaboration, building trust, and alignment around a shared team vision.
Central to ALA’s approach was its signature agenda-setting process, which empowered team members to surface their most significant adaptive challenges and shape the direction of the learning experience. This ensured the program addressed the real and immediate needs of the team, rather than following a fixed curriculum.
Through a mix of facilitated discussion and practical leadership tools, the program fostered deeper connections, enhanced team functionality, and supported a unified, forward-focused leadership culture. Leaders left the program with greater clarity, renewed commitment, and a collective strategy for leading with purpose and impact.
