PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Indigo Shire Council engaged the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to deliver a bespoke leadership program for its Executive Leadership Team.

At the heart of the program was ALA’s distinctive agenda-setting process, which empowered the team to discuss their most pressing adaptive leadership challenges and shape the learning objectives.

Over the course of the program, the team engaged in a dynamic blend of leadership development, real-time feedback, peer coaching, and strategic planning. As a result, they strengthened trust, deepened collaboration, and enhanced their collective leadership capability—laying a stronger foundation for leading with clarity, cohesion, and impact.
