Executive Leadership Team and Senior Management Team
Leadership Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Indigo Shire Council engaged the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to design and deliver a bespoke longitudinal leadership program for its Executive Leadership Team and Senior Management Team.

The program was shaped by ALA’s distinctive agenda-setting process, which engaged the collective team to identify its most pressing adaptive challenges and leadership priorities from the outset.

Together, the leadership cohort explored and aligned around a shared commitment to Purpose, Values, and Behaviours—deepening the foundation for a unified leadership culture.

Key program components included adaptive leadership and values-based leadership, the development of a collective team vision, and structured peer coaching to embed feedback and reflection into everyday practice.

Designed to drive lasting change, the program supported leaders in deepening their influence, enhancing team functionality, and fostering a culture of accountability and connection to support the ongoing success of the organisation.
