PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Manningham City Council selected the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to deliver a tailored Executive Leadership Program designed to strengthen the strategic capability, collaboration, and performance of its executive team.
Central to ALA’s approach was the unique agenda-setting process, which empowered the executive leaders to surface their most pressing adaptive challenges and strategic priorities. This ensured the program was deeply relevant, responsive, and grounded in the real leadership context of the organisation.
The program incorporated a bespoke 360-degree leadership review, targeted executive coaching, and evidence-based practices in adaptive leadership, values-based leadership, and high-performing team development.
Through a dynamic blend of individual reflection and collective action, leaders engaged in critical conversations, strengthened trust, and aligned around shared goals.
