PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) engaged the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to design and deliver a bespoke High-Performing Team and Navigating Change Program, to support an organisational transformation project.
Delivered face-to-face, the program focused on deepening team connection, strengthening alignment and engagement, and fostering a change mindset. Through a collaborative process, the team co-created a shared vision for the future, aligning their work with TRC’s Blueprint 100 Strategy, and embracing more adaptive and agile ways of working.
At the centre of ALA’s approach was its signature agenda-setting process, which enabled participants to identify and prioritise their most pressing adaptive challenges. Key focus areas included personal responsibility, alignment with organisational values, high-performing team behaviours, and the commencement of a change strategy.
The program equipped participants with practical tools to navigate complexity and uncertainty—fostering a growth-oriented mindset that encourages embracing challenges, persevering through setbacks, viewing effort as essential to mastery, actively seeking feedback, and drawing inspiration from the success of others.
